A memory record is a fact, preference, instruction or summary, stored with a category, a confidence score and a record of where it came from. Nothing is remembered silently: candidates land in a queue you approve or reject, and only high-confidence, non-sensitive items are auto-approved, at a threshold you set yourself. A context pack bundles reusable text, files, links and memory references into a named, versioned unit you attach to any conversation — so a style brief, a set of source documents, or standing instructions do not have to be re-pasted every session.
