On the write side: create a ticket, create a ticket directly from a Figma comment, draft a user story from a Figma file, update an issue, and comment on a ticket. The Figma-to-Jira actions are the most distinctive — they close the loop between a design review and a tracked piece of work without retyping anything.
How you connect it
Jira supports OAuth or basic authentication with an API token, alongside your Jira site URL. Basic auth suits service accounts and automations that should not go through an interactive OAuth flow.
